Please be aware that shipping rates are weight-based, and all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound, following the policies of our shipping providers.

For our Missouri residents, please note that orders are subject to state tax.

Returns:

Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item cost (excluding shipping costs). Return shipping expenses are your responsibility unless the return results from our error.

Expect your refund within four weeks, factoring in the transit time, processing duration, and your bank’s processing time.

All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which you can obtain by calling (540) 210-0121 before returning the items.
